We have developed a four-step process in our representation of individuals before the bankruptcy court and will guide you through every step to make sure you get the best result for your situation.
Initial Telephone Consultation
This consultation is conducted to determine whether you qualify for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy Law Review
Appointment to go over various bankruptcy laws. At the conclusion of this meeting there will be a discussion of what documents you will need to produce in support of the bankruptcy petition.
Bankruptcy Petition
After you produce those documents, a second meeting is conducted where Mr. Leebrick personally goes over every question in the bankruptcy petition with you.
Creditor’s Meeting
After the bankruptcy petition is filed, Mr. Leebrick will accompany you to a creditor’s meeting before a Trustee of the United States Bankruptcy Court, who will ask you a number of questions to determine whether you are indeed eligible for bankruptcy.
