Planning and Preparation For Your Family's Future
All of us will face the death of a loved one in our lifetime. We offer advice on the preparation and interpretation of wills, trusts, and the administration of estates. In our 30 years of practice, we have had the opportunity to advise executors and administrators and to serve as their legal representatives. We have, on occasion, administered estates on behalf of our clients.
We can prepare a will on your behalf which provides a clear and undisputed transition to beneficiaries without creating will contests. If requested, we can also prepare a power of attorney for you at the same time we prepare your will, naming a family member or other individual who may act in the event that you become incapacitated and can no longer act on your own behalf.
Mr. Leebrick prepares trusts in appropriate cases, has served as a trustee, and has advised clients regarding the creation and termination of trusts.
